PSG was founded in 1997 to provide personal local searches to the conveyancing market. Created to offer conveyancing solicitors an alternative to a council compiled search, the company now has a network of offices serving the whole of England and Wales.

Cheryl started the business in January 2001 and is the longest serving member of the team and is responsible for the quality and effiiciency of our service.
Chris joined the team in 2005 and is in charge of business development and strategy, client liason and ensures that we always offer the products and services you need. Chris is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and Non Domestic Energy Assessor and undertakes many of our client's Commercial EPCs. He has also achieved a Level 4 Diploma in Home Inspection.
