HM Land Registry is the main source of property and land ownership information in England and Wales.
As part of our service PSG can obtain title and other documents filed at Land Registry to assist your work flow.
This is in 3 sections, the first displaying the date of first registration, tenure, address and easements. The next section provides ownership details, purchase price, date of purchase, restrictions on the power of sale and personal covenants. The final section contains details of mortgages, charges, restrictive covenants and other burdens.

Where the title is unknown or there may be additional registered titles a Search of the Index Map (SIM) can be requested, which identify titles within the boundary of land or property requested.
