Managing Partner working on PSG Cornwall marketing campaigns and works with you to ensure that PSG Cornwall is delivering what you really need now and in the future.
PSG Cornwall’s Operational Partner, is responsible for managing business operations, and overseeing the financial systems.
Andy is our Team Manager ensuring that our staff receive continuous training & support to be able to provide the highest level of service to all of our clients. He also handles the companies accounts and is an experienced searcher. Outside PSG Andy has twin daughters which keep him occupied and is a bass player in a band.
Scott is head of our search team. He searches archives at Cornwall Council & then helps in the process of producing & checking the searches. Scott is a keen amateur archaeologist and regularly participates in excavations around the county. He has recently retired from competitive rugby but maintians a strong interest in the sport.
Anne-Marie is PSG Cornwall’s longest serving member of staff & often your first point of contact on the phone. When not at her desk in the office Anne-Marie is involved with the rescue and rehabilitation of hedgehogs as well as having a keen interest in issues surrounding the environment and a passion for ceramics.
Caroline has been with PSG for a number of years and heads up the administration team. Caroline oversees the processing of orders from the online ordering system and deals with related enquiries. She is also trained in the writing and checking of regulated personal searches. In her spare time she enjoys horse riding and spending time with her family.
Paige joined PSG in June 2012 as an apprentice and now handles search orders as they come in via email and our online ordering system and has extensive knowledge of the products available to clients.She is also trained to write up searches. Paige is busy planning her forthcoming wedding and also enjoys playing hockey for local team Duchy HC 1st XI.
Elaine is responsible for managing the diaries of the management team and she brings her organisational skills and experience in project management to the business. Having recently moved to Cornwall, Elaine has previously worked as a PA within several top companies around the UK.
Ed is your first point of contact for EPC and floorplan orders and is responsible for managing our panel of assessors. A qualified energy assessor himself, Ed is our resident EPC and Green Deal expert, he is also part of our search team carrying out personal regulated searches at the local council offices and writing them up. Outside of work Ed plays lead guitar in a rock band, repairs and fettles guitars of all types.
James has been involved with the property industry of over 25 years and heads up the Business Development side of PSG Cornwall. Most of his spare time is taken up with his three sons and outdoor pursuits.
Dawn supports the Account department with it's increasing workload. She brings a wealth of book keeping experience to the company and in her spare time is a keen scuba diver.
Hannah joined us as an apprentice in 2016 and after successfully completing her apprenticeship we were pleased that she stayed and has become a valuable member of the team. Hannah is involved with the writing up process of regulated searches and order processing. She has a black belt in Karate.
Dan is undertaking an apprenticeship with us and learning all the aspects of the business. In his spare time Dan enjoys DJ'ing and sea fishing.
Zara is an apprentice who is currently learning our processes and procedures whlle studying. In her spare time she enjoys dog walking and driving her Mini.
